Applying to a real business creates a pending application; the owner reviews and hires from the Applicants tab in Biz Manager.
Legal & Helper Careers
Mechanic and EMS are built as deep as any illegal path, not afterthoughts. Mechanics diagnose, repair, customize, and bill customers on the spot. EMS handles on-scene revives and hospital respawns, with a real duty toggle gating who's actually on the clock.
Time Clock
A phone app any employed player uses to clock on or off duty — business staff, cops, and EMS alike. Being on duty is what actually gates a real paycheck from qbx_core's payroll loop, not just being hired.
Working For Someone
Every business runs on a grade ladder — Employee, Manager, Owner by default, wages set per grade by whoever owns the place. Getting hired means joining that ladder, not just picking up shifts.
